I asked where I could get a wheelchair from and the lovely people at Disability Roadmap CIC.

Suggested I should look up Maurice Jagger Centre in Halifax because they had heard they had wheelchairs and where looking for new homes for them.

We now have a nice wheelchair for our mum aged 90 who has broken her pelvis and had been to hospital about it and all they said was it will take 6 weeks to heal and that was it there was no offer of help.

Disability Roadmap CIC was also able to lend us a suitable posture cushion.

I received my care pack through the post. It had a lovely card and other bits in it, including the small photo album. I’ll totally unexpected.
